More than E business days before the class: Full refund of the deposit or option to reschedule at no cost.
Less than 3 business days before the class: Deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling may be offered once as a courtesy, subject to availability.
No-show or cancellation within 24 hours: Deposit iS forfeited. No rescheduling or . refund.
