Class Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure a professional experience for all students and accommodate the preparation required for each class, the following policy applies:

More than 3 business days before class: Full refund of the deposit or rescheduling at no additional cost.

Less than 3 business days before class: Deposit is non-refundable. One courtesy rescheduling may be offered, subject to availability.

Within 24 hours or No-Show: Deposit is forfeited. No refund or rescheduling will be available.

Instructor Cancellation

If R Hair Extensions needs to cancel a class, students may choose to reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund of the deposit paid.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
