📌 Class Cancellation Policy

To provide a fair experience for all students and respect the time and preparation involved in each class, please review the following cancellation terms:

✅ Cancellations by Student

More than 3 business days before the class: Full refund of the deposit or option to reschedule at no cost.

Less than 3 business days before the class: Deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling may be offered once as a courtesy, subject to availability.

No-show or cancellation within 24 hours: Deposit is forfeited. No rescheduling or refund.

❌ Cancellations by Instructor

If we must cancel a class, you will have the option to:

Reschedule at no cost, or

Receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

💳 Refund Processing

Any eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

We're not responsible for any lost or damaged products during any shipping provided by a carrier. If you did not receive your order on time or received damaged products, please contact the third-party carrier to file a claim.

All clip-ins extensions purchases are final.
